Beige

Vintage structured python snakeskin handbag from the 1950s, made from natural snakeskin in beige, brown and black tones.

The bag has a compact structured shape with a metal frame opening and a decorative tab closure at the top. The sides are constructed with folded gussets, allowing the bag to expand when opened and providing additional interior capacity without an accordion construction.

Made from genuine python skin, with the natural variation of the scales clearly visible throughout the front, back, sides and shoulder strap. The strap is also completely covered in matching snakeskin and is attached to the bag with gold-tone metal rings.

The interior is lined in beige fabric and includes an internal slip pocket.
